用途と特徴
この工作機械は、車の縁取りストリップリング、すなわちモリブデン噴霧、クロムめっきリングなどの高精度ピストンリングの等分加工に使用される。外周面取り、外溝切り、車外段差などにも使用できます。加工前に各リングの全長を自動的に検出し、変位センサから数値制御システムに入力して要求に応じて自動的に等分、加工する。生産性と製品品質を向上させた。多くの操作者に愛用されている。
USES and features
DX16 type automatic detection of three axis nc lathe. The machine is used for high precision piston ring parts processing, such as car edge of the ring, namely, spraying molybdenum, chromium plated ring.
